Preheat your Grill at 350F.
Follow the directions on the back of the Chocolate Chip Cookie mix and also add the mint extract and green food coloring. Mix until combined.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop balls of dough about 2 tbsp in size onto the pan.
Place in your Grill and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
