Marinade for Pork Tenderloin

 
 

Ingredients

Balsamic Vinegar
Pork, Tenderloin
Cauliflower Rice, Cooked
Salt
Soy Sauce

Cooking Method

Olive oil, sea salt and pepper 

Generous rub of Louisiana Grills Pulled Pork Rub , cover completely all sides of tenderloin 

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 

1/4 cup soya sauce 

 

Preheat grill to 400 , 

Place several layers of tin foil on grill to create a tray , drizzle olive oil once oil is heated place pork tenderloin on foil and turn each tenderloin every 10 min Cooking time approximately 30-40 min  

 

Serve on a bed of cauliflower rice along with grilled zucchini and a caprese salad , grilled parmesan asparagus, or grilled corn on the cob. 

 

I always serve this pork tenderloin on grilled red peppers and onions Grilled Red Peppers and Onions Slice red onions and pepper into long thin strips, Place on a cookie sheet Sprinkle with a light covering of brown sugar, drizzle with soya sauce Salt and pepper Place cookie sheet on grill , allow to cook to crisp tender (approx 5-8 min)
