- Start up your Grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350˚F
- In a large aluminum pan, toss together the brisket, barbecue sauce and Applewood Bacon. Cover the aluminum pan with foil and grill for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, diced chipotle, green onion, cilantro and coleslaw mix.
- Remove the brisket from the grill and top the corn tortillas with the brisket and chipotle slaw. Garnish with more cilantro and a few fried onion strips.
