How to carve a turkey:
  1. Pick a leg, and pull it away from the body, slicing through the meat directly to the joint. Then, chop straight down to separate.
  2. Using your knife, find where the wing connects, chop and separate from the body.
  3. Follow the breastbone down, making one continuous cut. Remove the breast in one solid piece.
  4. Slice the breast to desired thickness.
