For the dough: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast, and kosher salt. Then,
stir in the water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until the mixture turns into a dough. Knead until the dough
comes together to form a rough ball. Scrape onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead for 7-10 minutes,
or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Once you have a firm ball, grease a bowl with the remaining teaspoons
of oil and place the dough inside. Cover and let rise in a warm area for about an hour.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide into two equal pieces. Cover each piece and let rest for 10
Start up your grill. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 400F. If using a pizza stone let it heat up
in the grill while the temperature rises.
Take one-half of the dough pieces and form it into a slightly round shape. Then, roll it out on a floured
surface. Roll the dough so that it has a consistent thickness. Once, it looks like a thin round disk, fold the
dough in half and cut it into a half heart shape.
Grab your pizza stone. Unfold your half heart cut out to reveal your heart-shaped pizza. Then, lay the pizza
dough on your pizza stone and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and the rest of your favorite pizza toppings.
Grill the pizza for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden and crispy. Repeat steps
4-6 with the second half of the dough. Slice, serve and enjoy.
