The 2 piece arched flame broiler fits under your cooking surface. Slide the plate open to expose the intense flame for charbroiling a steak or slide it closed to return to convection cooking. Grease is caught on the steel surface and as it's heated in adds more flavour to your foo before being guided to the grease bucket.
