Ingredients

4 chopped Bacon, Strip
4 Egg
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Diced
Green Onion
1 Cup Half - and - Half
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 at Room Temp Pie Shell, Deep
1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Diced
1/8 Cup Red Onion, Chopped

Cooking Method

Preheat Grills to 425F.   

Place the frozen pie crust in a pie dish. Bake according to the directions on the box (bake at 425F for about 10 minutes). Don't forget to prick the bottom with a fork! 

Once pie crust has baked, turn your down to 375F. Sprinkle about ½ cup mozzarella cheese on the bottom of the crust. Combine remaining ingredients (eggs, bacon, half-and-half, nutmeg, peppers, onions) in a bowl. Pour into the pie crust and bake in your for about 30 minutes.  

Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
