Ingredients

1 Cup Beer, Any Brand
1 Can Chili Beans
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Can Green Chiles, Drained
1 Can Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
1 Tablespoon Louisiana Grills Hickory Bacon Seasoning
1 Small Onion, Diced
1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes

Cooking Method

  • Disposable aluminum pan
  • Aluminum foil

    1. Start up your grill. Then, set the temperature to 300°F.

    2. In a disposable aluminum pan, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

    3. Grill for 30-40 minutes, or until the chili has thickened and is bubbling. Remove from the grill and serve.
